Faster, easier and more accurately

STAHLWILLE, the German manufacturer of handtools and specialist for torquing technology, has developed a motorised calibrating and adjusting machine that considerably reduces the physical effort and time required for calibration jobs. This is particularly appreciated by testing laboratories and providers of calibration services. PerfectControl is quickly set up for use and is controlled using only three buttons.

Bad readings can be more or less completely prevented. The reason is that the point of application of force cannot change because the tool being calibrated is held firmly in place for the duration of the loading process.

Since the transducers can be quickly and easily changed, perfectControl can be used for many measuring ranges and a host of different tools. If a transfer torque wrench is used, transducers can also be calibrated.

The software supplied with the machine displays the readings and graphs clearly via a well-defined GUI. After calibration has been completed, the user can either print the calibration certificate generated in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789:2003 or store it on the company network as a PDF file.

Due to its modular design, perfectControl can be individually set up. Extensions with additional components are possible any time.
