Both the software and the handling concept of all MoveInspect Technology configurations are standardized. The systems’ intuitive user-ensures that the operator can quickly set up his measuring system for each measuring task. No time-consuming calibration is necessary, and neither are long worm-up times. Even in the basic version of the standard software platform, a wide range of functions is available for project administration, coordinate evaluation and reporting.
Beyond that, all MoveInspect Technology components are transportable making it simple to take the measuring machine to any site location for direct application. The individual configurations cover a wide range of applications: The systems will measure parts from a few millimetres up to many metres in size.
MoveInspect Technology is applicable for probing, tracking and targeting and solves both static and dynamic measurement tasks. In case of dynamic measurements, movements can be acquired with a frequency of up to 1000Hz while measuring an infinite number of points over a variably long period of time. Fast analyses deliver the basis for direct, on-site decisions, for example, for corrections in running production.
